The founder of AICL, Arvind has worked for over 7 years in the field of investor communications and is presently one of India's foremost practitioners of stakeholder-centric communication and having worked with over a hundred client companies to help them communicate their business objectives.
He is a Graduate in Commerce, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary. He worked first as a journalist with one of India's oldest English Dailies, and then as a CFO with a steel fabrication company before venturing into this field. He shaped the investor communication products for many leading companies in India, including LIC Housing Finance, Big Pictures, Axis Bank, Gitanjali Gems, Shriram Transport, Jai Corp Limited, UTV among others.
With an in-depth understanding of prevailing economic scenarios and individual business strengths, he assists corporates in the successful realization of their goals. He led initiatives for corporate business development and connecting business to investors. His familiarity with contemporary corporate developments and key fiscal regulations, strong analytical abilities and the exposure to a wide variety of industries and businesses, including some of the largest companies in India in the mid-cap segment, has allowed him to effectively formulate strategies to facilitate the creation of shareholder value and corporate communication products.
He marries understanding of mass communications with the dynamics of various businesses. Today, he is one of India's most experienced campaigners and strategists in investor communications, having established AICL as a unique value proposition for large and emerging companies alike.
Arvind was recently adjudged the runner-up at the Young Communications Entrepreneur Awards 2009 instituted by the British Council. This award was given to him for his outstanding contribution to the Indian communications industry and instituting a relevant service for companies and institutions here. Arvind was also invited by the Government of Netherlands, to be a part of a ten-member delegation of leading Indian communication professionals for a study tour of the design and communication industry in Netherlands and to explore best practice sharing and collaborations.
